Jewellery Shopping Terms & Conditions
Payment is made via Paypal. Note that you do not need to have a Paypal account to pay via Paypal. All major credit cards are accepted. The full amount will be charged on the date of purchase. If your country is part of the European Union (EU), prices include French tax HBJO of 0,19% and French VAT of 20%. Shipping costs will be added to your jewellery order.
Jewellery orders to countries outside of the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or other taxes, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination. We operate on Delivered At Place DAP Incoterms® 2010 basis. This means we do not collect VAT, duties, and/or other taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and have no control of what these particular charges or any other additional charges related to customs clearance may be. Any such charges levied must be borne by the customer. We suggest you contact your local customs authority for more information prior to purchase.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Our E-shop ships jewellery worldwide.
Once your order has been placed, it will be processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days. Shipping takes approximately 2-7 business days depending on your location. For faster shipping, please contact us. Please note that these lead times do not include delays incurred due to custom clearances and other unforeseen bottlenecks.
For France, shipping costs is 15€. Shipping is done through La Poste Colissimo service. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that enables you to see the status of your shipment at http://www.laposte.fr/colissimo.
For all other countries, Shipping is done through FedEx International Priority Export service. For certain countries, you are offered the option to choose Fedex International Economy Export service. When your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number that enables you to see the status of your shipment at http://www.fedex.com.
If your country is not listed, please contact us. We will quote you the relevant shipping costs for validation.
EXCHANGES OR RETURNS
If you wish to return or exchange your ordered jewellery, please get in touch with us via our contact form on our website within 14 days following the delivery of your ordered jewellery. Wait for a confirmation email from us before shipping back the product back to us.
The confirmation email will indicate the address where you can ship your ordered jewellery back to us for return or exchange. You are free to arrange how you wish to send your ordered jewellery back to us. We recommend that the ordered jewellery be shipped to us with a tracking number. Please provide us with the tracking number of your shipment as soon as it is on its way.
You will hear from us as soon as we have received the ordered jewellery for return or exchange. Returns or exchange will only be accepted if the ordered jewellery are unused, and labels and the original packaging are fully intact. The ordered jewellery for return or exchange is the customer's responsibility until we have confirmed receipt and accepted the return or exchange by email.
We control and ensure that our jewellery is fit for purpose before sending them to you. If you receive your ordered jewellery damaged or faulty, we would appreciate to hear from you immediately.
Please note that jewellery that are bespoke, made-to-measure, made-to-order, customized cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please also note that in the interest of hygiene, we do not accept returns or exchanges for pierced jewellery.
If accepted, you will be refunded for the returned jewellery upon receipt, less any taxes, duties, and other related charges incurred. For exchanges, we will invoice you the price difference between the jewellery exchanged and the relevant shipping costs. The jewellery will be sent upon receipt of payment. Please note that all shipping costs, any taxes, duties, and other related charges incurred will not be refunded.
